Love without measure refers to the concept of giving and receiving love unconditionally. It’s pure, selfless, non-judgmental, and supportive. The idea is associated with profound and genuine connections like in family, friends, romantic relationships, or spiritual well-being. Love may be divine or humane.

Divine love:

It is that love which comes from God, who himself is love (1 John 4:8).

God’s love is so wonderful, so high you can’t get over it,

So deep you can’t get under it, so wide you can’t get around it

O, wonderful love…

God’s love is unfathomable and steadfast. He wants each one of us to be like him when it comes to loving others.

It’s boundless and immeasurable. He’s a true friend who will bear all our grief and pain, it’s a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer.

Human love:

Love can be for one another or for objects, principles, objectives, etc

It can be described on the basis of evolution, biological or psychological.

Love is considered to be both positive and negative, with its virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection,

as the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another" and its vice representing human moral flaw, akin to vanity,

selfishness, and egotism as potentially leading people into a type of mania, obsessiveness, or co-dependency.

God created mothers to symbolize love on earth and to fulfill his presence.

The love of a mother is incomparable and ready to sacrifice for the physical and mental well-being of her family.

In a family love is the oil that eases the friction, bonds the members together, and brings harmony in a relationship.

Just as a river always flows downward, love is meek and humble, polite, caring, and full of warmth.

It is never arrogant, rude, boastful, or envious.

There is no single way to practice love. Every relationship is unique, and each person brings their own history and needs.

Some things that you can do to show love to the people you care about include:

  • Be willing to be vulnerable.

  • Be willing to forgive.

  • Do your best and be willing to apologize when you make mistakes.

  • Let them know that you care.

  • Listen to what they have to say.

  • Prioritize spending time with the other person.

  • Reciprocate loving gestures and acts of kindness.

  • Recognize and acknowledge their good qualities.

  • Share things about yourself.

  • Show affection.

  • Make it unconditional.

A society or a world that is devoid of love is chaotic, violent, rebellious, and ready to fight, conspire, and murder.

Humans without love are equal to demons and humans coupled with genuine love would be godly.

It’s said that takers may eat better but givers sleep well.

This is true not only in terms of material things but also with love, the ones who shower love are always happier than

the ones who receive as givers must have ignored a lot of shortcomings, forgiven a number of hurtful words, forgotten the wounds, and made a lot of sacrifices… for the ones whom they love

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth. (1 Cor 13:4)
